I’ve spent the last 15+ years co-founding, running and growing our Marketing/Creative Agency Beegleton, and along the way we added a photography company to the mix, served on multiple boards, and led finance inside a group of companies operating in real estate, psychiatry, retail and social care.
Personal development has been a constant thread. I was among the first 1,200 coaches certified by John C. Maxwell — what is today Maxwell Leadership with 40,000+ certified leaders worldwide. Paul Martinelli, Bob Proctor and Vishen Lakhiani (and Mindvalley) have all shaped how I think and lead.
I believe in a holistic approach. Business can easily be reduced to numbers and KPIs, but I see results as a direct consequence of how I think, how I feel, and how I keep growing.
